Fascia balls

The product line includes single balls (BALL 08 & BALL 12) as well as double balls (DUOBALL 08 & DUOBALL 12). What’s the difference?

The BALL 12 is a large fascia ball with a diameter of 12 cm. It is the ideal fascia ball for larger muscle groups, such as the thighs or calves. The BLACKROLL® BALL 12 is also available as a small fascia ball with a diameter of 8 cm. This smaller version is particularly well-suited for releasing isolated muscle knots, stimulating blood flow to the tissue, and relieving pain. Since the contact surface of the small fascia ball (BALL 08) is smaller, the treatment is more intense.

If you’re looking for a fascia ball for your back, the DUOBALL double ball is the ideal tool for you. Whether it’s the DUOBALL 12 with a 12-cm diameter or the DUOBALL 08 with an 8-cm diameter: This fascia ball allows you to effectively treat parallel muscle strands by avoiding bony prominences. The same applies here: The smaller double ball (DUOBALL 08) provides a more intense massage.
