Which band is right for me?

The LOOP BAND is available in 6 different colors. Each color represents a different intensity:

  • yellow = extra light
  • orange = light
  • red = moderate
  • green = medium
  • blue = strong
  • black = extra strong

For beginners and those who are less fit, we recommend a lighter band (yellow to red). If you’re an athlete or in good shape, you can opt for a stronger band (green to black).

The tension forces vary by band when the band is stretched to 100%: 2.6 kg (yellow), 2.9 kg (orange), 4.0 kg (red), 4.9 kg (green), 6.7 kg (blue), 7.2 kg (black). The higher the tensile force in kg, the greater the resistance of the band.

Our bands are produced in Germany on special weaving machines that allow for precise adjustment of resistance. They are always made from a combination of recycled polyester and natural rubber threads, which are woven into a continuous elastic band. A fully automatic sewing machine is then used to create a loop from the continuous band, which can then be used for training.

In addition, we have always manufactured our bands exclusively in Germany.
