Härtegrad
Bei der Wahl des Härtegrads dient dein Körpergewicht als Orientierung: Bis ca. 80 kg ist H2 meist die bessere Wahl für einen angenehmen Liegekomfort. Ab ca. 90 kg bietet H3 in der Regel mehr Stabilität. Im Übergangsbereich zwischen 80 und 90 kg entscheidet vor allem dein bevorzugtes Liegegefühl.

First, choose the firmness level to suit your weight. For weights up to 80 kg, ‘Medium’ is usually the best choice. For weights of 90 kg and above, ‘Firm’ generally offers more stability. If you weigh between 80 and 90 kg, it mainly comes down to your personal preferences: opt for ‘Medium’ if you prefer a slightly more adaptable feel, or ‘Firm’ if you prefer more stability.

A pure foam mattress usually yields across its entire surface. BALANCE works specifically in different zones: the surface relieves pressure on the shoulders and hips, whilst the pocket spring core stabilises the Back and pelvis. The result: more structure, more support and a more restful sleeping experience at night.
For lighter people and children, a medium-firm mattress is generally recommended, as the surface can give way slightly more easily.
Yes, although the choice of firmness level is particularly important here. Stomach sleepers often need more stability to prevent the pelvis from sinking in too deeply. That is why ‘firm’ is often the more suitable choice. Back sleepers, above all, need a good balance of pressure relief and support.
