Duoball 08 Hyrox
Wall balls, burpee broad jumps and heavy carries challenge more than just your legs. Your back, shoulders and neck work hard, too. The DUOBALL 08 HYROX helps you target these muscle areas and relax after demanding training sessions. Its unique double-ball shape allows you to massage the muscles on both sides of your spine at the same time. The central gap leaves space for the bony structures of your spine. With an 8 cm ball diameter, it is particularly suited to precise self-massage. Before training, use the DUOBALL as part of your mobility routine. After a HYROX workout, the soothing massage helps you release muscle tension and unwind.

For me, as a Hyrox athlete, recovery and sleep are just as important as training itself. That’s why recovery is part of my everyday life.

Targeted massage—here’s how!
Massage with fascia balls is highly targeted. This makes them ideal for relieving tense, painful spots. The smaller BALL 08 provides an even more intense experience than the BALL 12. Listen to your body and try out which tool works best for you.
