Christopher Schröck

Christopher is a sports scientist and one of the three owners of BASEFIVE in Tyrol. With three locations (Innsbruck, Völs, and Sölden) and a team of over 30 people, he focuses primarily on training therapy, athletic training, and personal training. As Head of Rehab, he ensures optimal coordination among experts in physical therapy, training, and nutrition.
He supports numerous elite athletes from a wide variety of sports on their path to a comeback. Among others, he has worked with athletes such as Aleksander Aamodt Kilde, Nina Ortlieb, and Valentina Höll.
Since retiring from competitive sports, he has dedicated himself for over 12 years now to providing holistic care for people in the health sector. Constantly developing and refining innovative approaches together with his team motivates him anew every day. For several years now, this father of two has also been sharing his expertise and experience through numerous training courses and seminars.
The BASEFIVE pillars—Movement, Nutrition, Community, Mindset, and Sports—play a decisive role in the goal of sustainably shaping and improving the health, fitness, and sports industry step by step.
