An overview of the massage settings
4 massage settings for different needs
During application, you can choose between 4 different vibration settings. When developing the massage gun, we ensured that 2 of the settings are below 30 Hz. These are particularly well suited to Recovery, gently relieving Tension and simply treating you to a soothing massage whenever you need it. Levels 3 and 4 are primarily designed to activate the Muscles and are therefore perfect for preparing for Training.
FAQ
Please charge the device fully before using it for the first time. To do this, use the USB cable supplied and the USB-C port on the underside of the product. Use a 5V-2A charger to charge the FASCIA GUN – do not use a fast charger.
For safety reasons, do not use the device whilst it is charging.
The single indicator light on the underside of the FASCIA GUN glows red whilst the device is charging and changes to green once the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 6 hours for the battery to fully charge. The single indicator light on the underside also glows red as soon as the battery level falls below 10 per cent.
This depends largely on the vibration setting selected and the pressure you apply during the massage. Generally speaking, the battery lasts for around 15 hours when using the first massage setting with light pressure. However, if you use the fourth setting – for example, to treat a large Muscle group intensively – the operating time is around 5 hours.
The on/off button is located on the underside of the device. Press and hold it for 3 seconds to switch the device on or off. When the device is switched on, you can switch between massage modes by briefly pressing the on/off button. The Fascia Gun switches off automatically after 10 minutes. Press the on/off button to switch the device back on.
There are a total of 4 different massage modes. When the device is switched on, you can switch between the massage modes by briefly pressing the on/off switch on the underside of the FASCIA GUN. Learn more about the vibration levels here.

The duration of use for the FASCIA GUN varies from person to person, but as a general rule: the higher the massage intensity, the shorter the session should be. You’ll find guidelines on the recommended duration for each massage intensity in the user manual.
You can carry the massage gun in your hand luggage. You are not permitted to pack it in your hold luggage.
