Resist Band
The RESIST BAND was developed to make recent innovations in modern athletic training available to everyone. These BANDS meet professional standards, but are perfect for amateurs as well. RESIST BANDS are strong, elastic, and tear-resistant, but are still pleasantly soft to the touch. The included flexible cuff allows quick fastening of the band around the hips for modern acceleration, spring, and running technique training without cutting into the skin.
- Washable (60°) with commercially available detergents
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Iron at low temperature (level 1)
- Dry at low temperature (level 1)
- Do not wash with chlorine, do not dry clean
- Long exposure to direct sunlight will age the material more quickly

Which band is right for me?
The RESIST BAND is available in 2 different colors. Each color represents a different intensity level:
- gray = strong
- black = extra strong
You can use both bands in athletic training, e.g., for acceleration, sprinting, and running technique training. Training with the black band is slightly more intense than with the gray band.
