Used electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. It contains valuable raw materials that, while harmful to the environment, can be recycled. Consumers are legally required to take these items to an appropriate collection point at a retailer or municipal facility.

Due to their design, the batteries in BLACKROLL’s waste electrical and electronic equipment cannot be safely removed. BLACKROLL’s waste electrical and electronic equipment should therefore only be handed over to public waste management authorities, where it will be separated from other waste electrical and electronic equipment for the purpose of preparing it for reuse.

We comply with the requirements of the Battery Act (BattG) in Germany and would like to point out the following:

Used batteries must not be disposed of with household trash. Batteries contain valuable raw materials that, while harmful to the environment, can be recycled. Consumers are legally required to take batteries to a suitable collection point at a retailer or municipal facility.

Since we only sell batteries that are permanently installed in electrical appliances, we are not legally obligated to accept used batteries for recycling. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from returning batteries to us, particularly because shipping lithium batteries and rechargeable batteries requires compliance with special regulations for the transport of hazardous materials.
