Experience has shown that the body needs some time to adjust to a new sleeping environment. That’s why we give you 90 nights to thoroughly test your BASE or COMFORT TOPPER. Need help with setup or want to extend your trial period? We’re happy to help!

Have you thoroughly tested the BASE / COMFORT TOPPER and would now like to return it? No problem!

Return Process:

  1. Please fill out the following form completely and send it to us. If you’re returning multiple mattresses or Comfort Toppers from a single order, please fill out the form only once and specify the quantity accordingly on the form.
  2. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a pickup.
  3. The BASES / COMFORT TOPPERS will be picked up at your home (no worries: you don’t need to compress them again—just pack them in the original plastic wrap that came with your shipment). Please note that the shipping company will only pick up the BASE / COMFORT TOPPER. If you’d like to return other products from your order, please fill out this form .
  4. As soon as the product is back in our warehouse, you’ll receive your refund.
  5. The returned BASE / COMFORT TOPPER will be refurbished and given a new lease on life.
