1. Subject Matter of the Terms and Conditions and Organizer

These general terms and conditions apply to the prize drawing conducted as part of the feedback survey on the BLACKROLL® RECOVERY SLOPES.

2. Participation

2.1. Participation in the prize drawing is free of charge. To participate, simply share your opinion on the RECOVERY SLOPES with us via the feedback form, give your consent to participate, and provide an email address so we can contact you. The prize drawing will be held on September 15, 2023, from among all submitted feedback.

2.2. By participating in the drawing, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.3. All individuals over the age of 18 residing in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are eligible to participate. Employees of BLACKROLL AG and of companies involved in organizing the drawing, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.

3. Prizes, Selection of Winners, and Notification

3.1. The prize is a €50 gift card for the BLACKROLL DE online store.

3.2. The winner will be contacted via email to notify them of the prize.

3.3. Only one prize per participant is allowed. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, picked up in person, or redeemed for cash.

4. Grant of Rights of Use

4.3. We use the contact information exclusively to communicate a potential prize. The email address will not be used for any other purposes.

5. Data Protection

5.1. Providing a personal email address is required to participate in the drawing. We collect, store, and use the personal data provided for the purpose of conducting the drawing. None of the participant’s personal data will be disclosed to third parties or made available to them for use without the participant’s consent. However, BLACKROLL® is entitled in this context to transfer the winner’s data to cooperation partners in order to facilitate the delivery of the prize.

5.2. The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing or via email to BLACKROLL®. Upon revocation of consent, the participant’s collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. BLACKROLL® reserves the right to exclude participants from the drawing for good cause and to reclaim prizes, particularly if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of false information, manipulation, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or other unauthorized actions.

6.3. This drawing is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
