At the BMW IBU Biathlon World Cup in Oberhof, BLACKROLL® made its debut as a National Partner right on the course. Right in the thick of the action, amid races, fans, and heart-pounding moments, one thing quickly became clear: Recovery belongs where performance happens.

Our event stage quickly became a major attraction when biathlon star Magdalena Neuner stepped out in front of the fans. With targeted exercises from their joint prevention course, activation exercises using the LOOP BAND, and simple mobilization sequences, the former world-class biathlete, together with Master Trainer Stefan Schneider, got the audience moving.

An absolute highlight followed on Saturday between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.:
Biathlon legend Magdalena Neuner took the stage alongside BLACKROLL® Master Trainer Stefan Schneider.

Together, they demonstrated what effective pre-competition warm-ups look like—practical, easy to understand, and perfect for joining in. Afterward, the exclusive Meet & Greet drew long lines, lots of beaming faces, and countless souvenir photos. The excitement was palpable— genuine biathlon hype meets real recovery expertise.

Busy Days, Full of Enthusiasm—BLACKROLL® Right in the Middle of It

Between races, our booth was constantly bustling. Many visitors took advantage of the breaks to test our products, get advice, or simply take a quick moment to recover in our COMPRESSION BOOTS.
Sunday, in particular, was a highlight: great weather and a fantastic atmosphere.

Whether they were ambitious recreational athletes or biathlon fans—interest in our products and functional movement was palpable throughout. What was especially nice: the direct feedback, the many conversations, and the honest exchange about health, training, and recovery. The feedback was clear: “You absolutely have to come back!”
For us, this is a strong sign—and a successful first chapter at the BMW IBU Biathlon World Cup in Oberhof.
