1. Scope of the Terms and Conditions and Organizer

These general terms and conditions apply to the sweepstakes held in the BLACKROLL newsletter and on WhatsApp.

2. Participation

2.1. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge. To participate, you must confirm your entry and provide your email address. The sweepstakes ends on April 2, 2023.

2.2. All individuals over the age of 18 residing in Germany and Austria are eligible to participate. Employees of BLACKROLL AG and of companies involved in organizing the sweepstakes, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation.

2.3. The contest is not affiliated with Meta; it is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by Meta.

3. Prizes, Selection of Winners, and Notification

3.1. The prizes are:

1 RECOVERY BASE (size of your choice), 1 RECOVERY PILLOW, 1 RECOVERY BLANKET (size of your choice), and 1 CLIMATE CASE

No cash alternative available.

3.2. The winner will be notified of the prize via a private message on WhatsApp.

3.3. Only one prize per participant is allowed. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, picked up in person, or redeemed for cash.

4. Data Protection

4.1. Providing personal data is required to participate in the giveaway. We collect, store, and use the personal data provided for the purpose of conducting the giveaway. None of the participant’s personal data will be disclosed to third parties or made available to them for use without the participant’s consent. However, in this context, BLACKROLL® is entitled to transfer the winner’s data to cooperation partners in order to facilitate delivery of the prize. Winners may be named on websites and/or on the social media channels of BLACKROLL® and/or its respective cooperation partners. The winner expressly agrees to this form of publication.

4.2. The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing or via email to BLACKROLL®. Upon revocation of consent, the participant’s collected and stored personal data will be deleted immediately.

4.3. If the participant subscribes to a newsletter as part of the contest, the terms and conditions specified in connection with the newsletter registration, including our privacy policy, apply to the use of their data.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. BLACKROLL® reserves the right to terminate the contest early or extend its duration at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular if the scheduled course of the contest is disrupted or prevented. In such a case, participants shall have no claims against BLACKROLL®.

5.2. BLACKROLL® reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest for good cause and to reclaim prizes, particularly if there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of false information, manipulation, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or other unauthorized actions.

5.4. The contest is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
