Clean the contact surfaces of the SHIFTWAVE PRO, as well as the sleep mask and headphones, regularly, especially when used by multiple people. In professional environments, we recommend hygienically cleaning the chair, mask, and headphones between sessions and checking before each use that the power supply, audio, and vibration are functioning correctly.

The SHIFTWAVE PRO consists of a sturdy aluminum frame, integrated electronics, upholstery, and foam padding. The product finish is black.
An Apple iPad Air 11 or a newer model, a sleep mask, and headphones are required for use. These devices and accessories are not included in the scope of delivery and must be provided separately.

- Epilepsy or increased susceptibility to seizures

- Recent surgery

- Medical conditions that could be worsened by vibration
