Our online prevention course has been officially reviewed and certified by the Central Prevention Review Office (ZPP) in accordance with § 20 (1) SGB V. As a result, your health insurance provider will cover up to 100% of the course costs. The ZPP ensures quality-assured prevention courses that are recognized by every statutory health insurance provider.

Yes. All of our prevention courses are state-certified and are subsidized or fully reimbursed by every statutory health insurance provider.
You complete the course, receive your certificate of participation afterward, and submit it to your health insurance provider online or by mail. The reimbursement is processed directly by the insurance provider.
Yes. You pay for the course in a one-time payment at the start and will receive a reimbursement from your health insurance provider upon completion.
Depending on the course, 30–60 minutes per week, which you can spread out flexibly. There are optional materials available if you want to learn more.
Yes. You can start at any time and work through the content entirely at your own pace. However, you can’t officially complete the course until after 8 weeks.
