Fill in your returns form here and receive a free returns label. The BASE and the COMFORT Topper cannot be returned as a parcel via DHL.

How do I return the items I’ve ordered?

Please note that the returns option is intended for our individual customers only.

1. Select above whether you wish to return the RECOVERY BASE or another product, and complete the relevant form in full. You can save and print the completed form. You will also receive it as a PDF in an Email sent to the email address you provided.

2. Once you have saved your completed form, you will receive an Email from us. This will contain a link that you can use to generate and print your returns label.

3. Place the printed form inside your parcel and stick the return label onto the parcel.

4. Drop off the parcel at the nearest collection point of one of our delivery partners.

5. Once we have received your return, we will first check which items you have sent back. We will then confirm receipt of your return by Email. It may therefore take up to 14 working days before you receive a confirmation with full details of your refund.

Important: The return can only be processed if the returns form has been completed in full.
