30 cm

Our classic for full-body self-massage. Also suitable for strengthening exercises. The standard length is available in various firmness levels and surface finishes.

45 cm

45 cm

At 45 cm, this is the longest of our foam rollers. The wider contact surface is well-suited for heavier individuals. You can also comfortably roll out both legs at the same time, for example. Ideal for Pilates and yoga.

What surface options are available?

Smooth

Smooth

The smooth roller is our classic all-rounder. The surface is equally suitable for muscle recovery and activation—depending on your rolling speed: If you roll slowly over the roller, you’re recovering. If you roll quickly, you’re activating your muscles. With the smooth surface, you can specifically target and release tension and pain points.

Sawtooth

Sawtooth

Promotes blood circulation thanks to its textured surface. Depending on the direction of rolling, it can have either an activating or regenerative effect on the muscles: Rolling against the grooves creates an activating effect (ideal before a workout). Rolling with the grooves creates a regenerative effect (ideal after a workout).

Grooved

Grooved

The grooved surface creates natural vibrations during rolling, resulting in a more intense application. These rollers have a particularly stimulating effect and simultaneously increase blood circulation, which is why they are best used for warming up before a workout.

What firmness levels are available?

Soft

Soft

The soft foam roller is suitable for beginners and people who are sensitive to pain. Self-massage is gentler and less intense.

Medium

Medium

The ideal middle ground among our firmness levels and a true all-rounder. Many users switch to this roller after regular use of the softer MED massage roller, as their pain tolerance has adjusted.

Hard

Hard

The roller for athletes and professionals: We recommend these extra-hard foam rollers for people who are already very experienced and regularly perform self-massage.
