Based on scientific findings that suggest a better tissue relaxation and recovery effect in lower vibration frequencies, we have emphasised on including the lower RPM levels as well as ensuring an intense effect in the high RPM settings. The applied pressure determines the intensity at which the massage gun can be used—not the frequency. The frequency of our massage gun is intentionally set to two levels below 30 Hz, as a low vibration frequency is more effective at releasing deep tension points.
The Stiftung Warentest review shows that sometimes fewer attachments are better. The test demonstrates that three essential attachments are sufficient—you don’t need seven: a ball for large-area massage of the arms, legs, back, and buttocks; a flat head—for the same application as the ball, but which glides more smoothly over clothing; and a cone for trigger point massage.

- SILICONE TRIGGER: The attachment for targeted trigger point massages with vibration. Helps release localized hardened tissue and adhesions in the fascia.
- METAL FLAT: For use on the entire body. A smooth metal surface for gliding motions over clothing or skin. Can be used in combination with massage oil.
Something hardly any other massage gun offers: a soft attachment that allows you to massage close to joints and bones. Our SOFT PEAKS, which is not included as standard, lets you get close to these areas.

As a renowned consumer organization, Stiftung Warentest places great emphasis on a robust, standardized testing method to provide accurate and reliable information. The 11 massage guns tested were purchased in November 2023 and January 2024, and current prices were inquired about in April 2024. The final report was published by Stiftung Warentest on June 23, 2024, and appeared in issue 7/2024.
