BLACKROLL® and HYROX: Partnership makes structured Recovery a global Standard
BOTTIGHOFEN, SWITZERLAND / HAMBURG, GERMANY, 29 JULY 2026 – BLACKROLL®, the Daily Reset partner for Recovery, Mobility and Sleep, is transforming its established partnership with HYROX into a long-term global system. The collaboration makes BLACKROLL the Official Recovery Partner of HYROX. Together, the two companies aim to bring a structured, scientifically grounded recovery Standard to one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness ecosystems.
Since April 2026, BLACKROLL® has been HYROX’s Recovery Partner in China and has already successfully implemented activations at HYROX events in Europe and Australia. The partnership is now being expanded globally to more than 30 countries, six continents and over two million athletes in the 2026/27 season. At the heart of the partnership lies a shared principle: Sustainable sporting performance is not possible without structured Recovery. Both companies integrate scientifically developed Standards throughout the entire HYROX cycle, thereby making Recovery an accessible and indispensable pillar of Training and Competition. BLACKROLL® is already deeply rooted in the HYROX community.
HYROX Brand Ambassadors incorporate BLACKROLL’s recovery solutions into their daily training and share proven routines with the entire network of athletes. One of them is Linda Meier. For the 2025 HYROX World Champion and long-standing BLACKROLL athlete, recovery is the foundation of her journey to the very top of the sport.
A global performance ecosystem for athletes
The partnership goes far beyond simply attending events. BLACKROLL and HYROX are building a comprehensive performance ecosystem that supports athletes all year round: jointly developed product and co-branding innovations, digital performance and recovery solutions, community development programmes, expert-led and AI-supported coaching formats, and a long-term, exclusive innovation pipeline.
Power in the Pause
The guiding principle behind this is: Power in the Pause. Structured Recovery is not a passive break, but an active driver of performance. In Europe and China, the BLACKROLL® Recovery Zone will serve as a visible entry point into the ecosystem at every HYROX event. From October onwards, on race day, a dedicated area with five stations located directly behind the finish line will provide tangible proof that Recovery works. The system begins weeks in advance with targeted Mobility, prehab and prevention protocols, and continues after the race with day-by-day support, guiding athletes from the finish line back into their next training block.

Scaling the Recovery Standard globally
BLACKROLL is continuing to expand its established HYROX presence with the event in Istanbul in August 2026. The Hamburg event in October 2026 will serve as a global blueprint before the collaboration is scaled up worldwide across all HYROX events. In future, training and competition data will be used to provide personalised recovery recommendations, end-to-end digital athlete support and innovative platform solutions. This will combine BLACKROLL®’s expert-based methodology with athlete insights from HYROX to make professional Recovery accessible and measurable.
