The THERMO PAD FOILS feature two distinct sides. One side is used to attach the foil to the THERMO PAD (A), while the other side is designed for application on the skin (B).

Side A can be identified by its split protective liner in the center. Side B has a continuous protective liner without any division.
Place the adhesive foil on a clean, flat surface with side A facing up. First, remove one half of the protective liner from side A and position the THERMO PAD precisely onto the exposed area. Then remove the second half of the liner and press the THERMO PAD evenly onto the foil to ensure a smooth and secure bond.

Next, apply the THERMO PAD to the skin. Remove the protective liner from side B and place the device on the desired area of the body. Press it gently to ensure a secure and comfortable hold.
