Ingalena Schömburg-Heck knows both sides of this from her time as a competitive athlete. Her experiences in competitive sports, combined with her studies in sports science and nutrition training, form the foundation for working with her clients in a targeted and personalized way. For her, many building blocks always come together—blocks that must be understood and then assembled according to each individual’s needs.
