Super Band
The BLACKROLL® SUPER BAND is ideal for improving body stability and coordination through a specific core training as well as belly, back and torso training. It can be used to help strengthen all muscle groups and chains. It is the compromise between the MULTI and the RESIST BAND. For full body workout– especially core, belly, back and torso. Also suitable for the training of legs, shoulders and arms. The SUPER BAND is available in 3 different strengths: light (orange), medium(green) and strong (blue). The BLACKROLL® SUPER BANDS are individually available and in a set with all three strengths.
- Washable with a standard washing agent at 60°
- Don’t use a fabric softener
- Ironing with low temperature
- Drying with low temperature
- No chemical cleaning
- Strong solar radiation makes the material porous
- Washable (60°) with commercially available detergents
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Iron at low temperature (level 1)
- Dry at low temperature (level 1)
- Do not wash with chlorine, do not dry clean
- Long exposure to direct sunlight will age the material more quickly

Which band is right for me?
Our SUPER BANDs come in 3 different colors. Each color represents a different level of resistance:
- orange = light
- green = medium
- blue = strong
For beginners and untrained individuals, we recommend a lighter band (orange). If you’re an athlete or physically fit, you can opt for a stronger band (green, blue).
The tensile forces vary by band when stretched to 100%: 3.8 kg (orange), 6.3 kg (green), 10.0 kg (blue). The higher the tensile force in kg, the greater the band’s resistance.

Our bands are produced in Germany on special weaving machines that allow for precise adjustment of resistance. They are always made from a combination of recycled polyester and natural rubber threads, which are woven into a continuous elastic band. A fully automatic sewing machine is then used to form a loop from the continuous band, which can then be used for training.
All of our bands are made from a combination of recycled polyester and natural rubber threads. The specific proportions vary depending on the band type and resistance level.
The polyester component in all our bands is made from recycled polyester derived from plastic bottles. The rubber is a natural material. In addition, we have always manufactured our bands exclusively in Germany. Our partner in the Swabian Alb has a long tradition and extensive expertise, which is incorporated into all of our training bands. The carefully selected materials and short supply chains make our bands the perfect product for anyone looking to minimize their carbon footprint.
