Free shipping to Germany and Austria (mainland only, excluding islands) for orders of €35 or more

Delivery originates from Germany and is free of charge within Germany and Austria for orders totaling 35€ or more. Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as possible, depending on the time they are received.

Delivery is made by mail. Unless different delivery times have been agreed upon, the delivery time for shipments within Germany is 1–3 business days, and for shipments outside Germany, up to 14 business days after the customer completes the ordering process.

Please note that there are frequently delivery issues with shipments to package stations. We therefore recommend that you refrain from selecting a package station as your delivery location.

Delivery and shipping terms apply to the logistics of physical products; digital products, such as online courses, are delivered digitally at no cost.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order. We ship our items to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

Shipping costs within Germany and Austria:
Package = €4.50 (Free shipping on orders of €35 or more)

Shipping costs to Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands:
Package = 5.00 € (Free shipping on orders of 35 € or more)

Shipping costs to France:
Package = 10.00 €
