Working Together for Healthy People and Clean Waters

Health doesn’t stop with people—which is exactly why BLACKROLL and everwave have been working together since 2023 to make sustainable change visible. While BLACKROLL helps people stay healthy in the long term through movement, recovery, and prevention, everwave is committed to protecting our waters and ecosystems. We are united by the conviction that prevention is the most effective way to avoid long-term damage—both to the body and to the environment.

Together, we take an active and solution-oriented approach: taking action instead of standing by. Since the start of our partnership, we’ve already removed over 20 metric tons of trash from the environment. Through various initiatives between 2026 and 2027, BLACKROLL and everwave aim to further expand this impact and jointly remove a total of at least 20,000 kg of trash from bodies of water.

Planned initiatives include Earth Day events, community cleanups, seasonal campaigns, and activity-based challenges. A particular highlight is the joint cleanup on June 24 as part of Kieler Woche, which will actively involve the community. At the same time, the goal is to raise awareness of plastic pollution, the circular economy, and sustainable practices—because real change happens when we work together.

In addition to joint campaigns, content and company stories related to the partnership are also being developed on an ongoing basis. These include interviews, background stories, and insights into everwave’s work—such as the interview with the founding team. Existing content and past collaborations are consolidated and linked together on the new landing page to highlight the shared mission and long-term impact.
