Sitting for long periods of time and one-sided movements can have a negative effect on our posture - and lead to back pain. The posture trainer supports a better posture and reminds you to consciously align your shoulders optimally. It does not force you into a certain posture, but reminds you of an upright posture with a gentle pull as soon as your shoulders fall forward. By wearing the back trainer, you strengthen the muscles in your upper back. When your shoulders are optimally aligned, you can prevent pain.

Wear the back trainer discreetly under your clothes and easily integrate it into your daily routine during sitting or standing activities, for example at your desk, while walking or cooking.

The material of the POSTURE PRO is light and comfortable to wear. The shoulder straps are equipped with a so-called spacer fabric, a spacer textile for better ventilation while wearing. The shoulder straps are additionally padded for extra comfort. The posture belt is available in 2 sizes (S/M/L and XL/XXL). The high-quality plastic buckles on the straps and the height-adjustable back element allow you to adjust it precisely for a perfect fit. Correctly adjusted, the BLACKROLL® POSTURE PRO allows full freedom of movement and only reminds you to actively adopt an upright posture by gently pulling on it. Despite the posture trainer, the muscles have to work independently to straighten the body, which is a gentle workout.

Poor posture combined with lack of mobility is very often the starting point for neck, shoulder and back pain. Our posture trainer serves as a reminder for an upright posture. If the shoulders fall forward, the slight pull exerted by the back trainer reminds the user to actively adopt an upright posture. The posture reminder function is based on biofeedback, whereby the body is guided into a natural position.

You can fix the slider on the back to the most comfortable setting for you and then close the Velcro tab again. Check for yourself in which position the POSTURE PRO sits best for you.
Adjust both shoulder straps to a wide position so that you can easily put on the POSTURE PRO like a jacket. To do this, open the plastic fasteners on both shoulder straps.
Lift one shoulder strap firmly at the top with one hand and pull the end of the strap with the other hand. Repeat this process on both sides until you reach the desired intensity. Run your thumb under the shoulder strap with a little pull to check that the strap has slipped and that the strap fits properly.
There is no size scale on the POSTURE PRO on purpose. Adjust the POSTURE PRO yourself so that it feels right for you. If you stand upright, you should barely feel the strap. When your shoulders drop forward, you should feel a slight tug. This is to remind you to pull your shoulders back.

There are a few points that you should pay attention to when wearing the posture trainer so that the desired effect can be achieved:

Adjust the POSTURE PRO correctly: Wearing it should feel comfortable when you have good posture, but tight when you take your shoulders forward. Good posture means that your shoulders are in a vertically straight line with your hocks, hips and earlobes.
The POSTURE PRO should never be worn too tightly. You should always be able to slip two fingers under the shoulder straps.
The POSTURE PRO should not be worn for more than 3 hours at a time.

No. Many posture trainers or straight postures from other suppliers are completely stiff and force the user into a certain position. This may feel good for a moment, but in the long run it weakens the muscles. The function of the POSTURE PRO is completely different. Unlike many other posture trainers, our POSTURE PRO includes flexible and firm elements that are designed to remind our subconscious mind to align our upper body in a neutral way. The musculature is strengthened instead of relieved.

We recommend that you wear the POSTURE PRO for a shorter period of time at first, approximately one hour. The frequency and duration can be increased over time as your muscles become more trained and your posture becomes more upright and healthy even without the POSTURE PRO. Once your body has achieved good posture without the back trainer, you can reduce the amount of carrying. Make sure you maintain a healthy and upright posture even after taking off the back trainer. The POSTURE PRO should be worn for a maximum of 3 hours at a time.

If you have severe back or neck pain or injury, consult a doctor or therapist before wearing the POSTURE PRO posture trainer. The POSTURE PRO is not suitable for children under the age of 12.

Try wearing the POSTURE PRO over a thin top and not directly on your skin. Also check the adjustment - you may have adjusted the POSTURE PRO too tightly. Also try wearing the POSTURE PRO for a shorter period of time. Do not let the POSTURE PRO force you into an upright posture. It is only meant to remind you to keep an upright posture and thus strengthen your muscles.

The POSTURE PRO back trainer is not a substitute for regular back strengthening exercises. It only serves as a supplement. You can find numerous exercises on our website or in the free BLACKROLL® app.
