Finger Massage
Place the pad of a finger on the MICRO. Apply a little pressure. Slowly roll out each finger.

Palm massage
Place your palm on the BLACKROLL MICRO. Apply pressure and roll slowly from right to left.

Hand Edge Massage
Place the outer edge of your hand on the MICRO. Apply pressure. Roll slowly up and down.
