BLACKROLL® now offers skincare, too? Does that make sense? Yes, very much so for us! We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce our latest product, the RECOVERY BALM, in more detail and explain why a skincare product fits perfectly with our holistic approach.

The basic principle applies to all our BLACKROLL® products—whether it’s a foam roller, massage gun, resistance bands, or mattress: they’re designed to maintain, improve, or restore people’s mobility. We want to support each and every person in being able to move pain-free and with joy throughout their entire life. We believe that only those who find a healthy balance between physical activity and recovery—and take an active role in their own well-being—can stay healthy and fit in the long term.

A Small BLACKROLL® Product: A Big Vision

Our products are all designed—in terms of size and weight—so that athletes can easily take them along to workouts, competitions, or other activities. Except for our RECOVERY BASE, of course—but that belongs in your bedroom. However, we wanted to create a product for rapid recovery that could deliver the familiar BLACKROLL® effect—one that’s immediately noticeable but literally fits in your pocket. A product that can be with you while skiing, at the office, and in various everyday situations—because people often fit their workouts into their daily routines or need a quick recovery session on the fly. The idea for the BALM was born.

Natural formula. “Supernatural” effect.

To offer our customers another highly effective recovery product, we knew we couldn’t compromise on the ingredients at all: only natural, dermatologically safe ingredients were considered. We spent a long time testing and experimenting with our experienced manufacturing partners to finally create THE BALM that meets our standards. Five pure, natural essential oils provide the proverbial “BAM!” of the BALM.

All testers confirmed that it has an extraordinary, noticeable effect.

Product Manager Julian describes the “BAM!” this way: “We’ve incorporated the BLACKROLL® effect into our new balm as well, but this one really packs a punch. A few minutes after application, you’ll experience an alternating hot and cold sensation on your skin. Some people even had to sit down to get through the intense, circulation-boosting effect.”
