Running Together in Berlin: BLACKROLL® at the BMW Berlin-Marathon 2025
Berlin once again set the stage for an unforgettable marathon. At the BMW Berlin Marathon 2025, more than 60,000 runners took part — and BLACKROLL® was front and center as the official Recovery Partner. Three days packed with highlights: from the expo and side events with adidas to the BLACKROLL® cheering point at km 35 and our recovery zone in the finish area.

Community Run with Hendrik Pfeiffer & Leni Runner
On Friday evening, 30 runners gathered for the Community Run led by BLACKROLL® ambassador Hendrik Pfeiffer and Leni Runner. The atmosphere was inspiring. The route led through a forest — a unique backdrop where you could already feel the anticipation of a major event that would unfold on Sunday.
One participant summed it up perfectly:
“We were also mega excited about the event – everything fit here perfectly: showrunner you can approach without inhibitions, great support by the BLACKROLL team, weather … Many thanks for everything, we would love a repeat.”
The ideal warm-up: connection, motivation, and a true community spirit.

Race Highlights & Hendrik Pfeiffer as Best German
On Sunday, Hendrik Pfeiffer made a strong impression: finishing in 2:09:14, he placed 8th overall and was the top German finisher — a remarkable performance.
In the women’s race, Rosemary Wanjiru (KEN) clinched victory with 2:21:05, narrowly ahead of Dera Dida (2:21:08).

Cheering Point & Recovery Area
At our BLACKROLL® cheering point at the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, the team passionately supported the runners. In the finish area, our Recovery Zone offered welcome relief after 42.195 km with compression boots, fascia tools, and air loungers.
