Exercises you can do with a foam roller for your shoulders.
Tension in your shoulders and neck? You can quickly relieve it with a foam roller. But that’s not all—you can also use the foam roller for your shoulders if you want to prepare these muscles for upcoming physical activity. Quick foam rolling of your shoulders with the foam roller helps activate the muscles. You can massage this area more precisely and intensely by using a fascia ball or a duo ball. So get started with the exercises right away!

Latissimus Massage
Start in a side-lying position. Place the BLACKROLL under your upper torso. Support yourself on your forearm. Bend your upper leg and place it on the floor. Roll slowly up and down along your torso.

Pectoralis Minor Massage
Lie on your stomach. Place one side of your chest on the edge of the foam roller. Slowly move your hand along the floor back and forth. Feel the mobilizing effect. Use your other hand to press the foam roller against your chest.

Shoulder Massage
While standing, position the MINI against the wall. Lean your upper arm against it. Roll slowly up and down by bending and straightening your knees.
More shoulder exercises with the foam ball:

Breast massage
Start in a prone position. Place the BALL 08 under your breast. Slowly move your upper body back and forth to massage the breast. Alternatively, you can also stretch your arm upward and pull it back.

Wall angel
Stand against the wall. Place the BALL between your upper back and the wall. Now move your arms over your head. Return to the starting position.

Upper Trapezius Massage
Stand next to a doorframe. Place the BALL to the side of the doorframe. Step into a lunge. Lean your upper body forward so that the BALL is wedged between the junction of your neck and shoulder and the doorframe. Work your trapezius muscle this way.

Upper Arm Massage
While standing, position the DUOBALL against the wall. Lean your upper arm against it. Roll the DUOBALL up and down slowly by bending and straightening your knees.

Latissimus Massage
In a standing position, wedge the MINI between the wall and your side. Roll it up and down by bending and straightening your knees.
