All exercises with the massage gun for the back
You can use the massage gun on your back. The only important thing is that you do not massage directly on your spine, but only on your soft tissue. You can use the massage gun on your back on your own in areas such as your lower back, but to reach other parts of your back it is best to get a second person to use the massage gun to relieve tension in your back.
