The BLACKROLL® TWIN BMW Berlin Marathon Edition combines the proven shape of our classic BLACKROLL® STANDARD foam roller with the benefits of the DUOBALL 12. Thanks to the hollow gap in the center, it relieves pressure on your spine while rolling – perfect for intense training sessions or post-marathon recovery.

Compared to the DUOBALL, the TWIN offers a broader surface area on both sides of the spine, providing a gentler, more extensive massage. This makes it ideal for relieving tightness or soreness in the back, especially after long runs.

The twisted midsection also stimulates the skin and underlying tissues, particularly during use on arms and legs. This unique feature makes the TWIN suitable not only for regeneration and mobility but also for activating your muscles – especially in the back, thoracic spine, legs, and calves.
