The gift voucher can be used within 36 months when purchasing products in the official BLACKROLL® online shop. The gift voucher is applicable to the purchase of all items except other gift vouchers.

The voucher will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after your order. Of course, you can also print it out if you would rather have something in your hand to give as a gift.

No. Any remaining credit remains on the digital voucher card and can be redeemed for further orders. A payout or interest payment is not possible. No replacement can be provided in the event of loss.

Vouchers are excluded from exchange and cannot be blocked.
