To be able to handle the BOOTS correctly, it is important that you know the correct buttons for the BOOTS on the control unit. Here you will find an explanation of the control element with which you control your BOOTS.
The COMPRESSION BOOTS have three different massage modes, which differ in how the chambers fill with air. Here you can find the overview of how each mode works.
The blue program is the standard program for regeneration. The chambers fill with air one after the other from bottom to top. Only when the last chamber is filled do the BOOTS empty again.
This program is particularly effective in supporting the removal of accumulated fluid and lactate. In green mode, the lowest chamber fills pulsating 4 times and then the air is held. Then it continues with the second, third and fourth chambers. Once the fourth chamber is filled, the first chamber empties and the fifth chamber fills. Subsequently, all chambers empty.
This program is especially effective for increasing blood circulation. You can use this massage mode both after a workout and before.
Recommended duration: 15-60 minutes
In yellow mode, the first three chambers fill one after the other. Subsequently, the first one deflates and the fourth one fills. Then the fifth fills and the third empties. Then all the chambers empty and fill up again one after the other.
This program combines the features of the green and blue modes in one. This makes it a versatile program.
Recommended duration: 30-60 minutes
