Foot Sole Activation
Grab the Toe Trainer at the front end of your SMOOVE BOARD with your big toe. Pull the strap as hard as you can for 10 seconds to activate all the muscles in your foot.

Foot Sole Massage
Release the MINI from its anchor. Place it on the floor in front of you. Slowly roll out the sole of your foot.

Foot Sole Massage
Stand on the SMOOVE BOARD with your feet hip-width apart. Place one foot on the TWISTER. Locate any tender spots on the sole of your foot. Apply pressure to these areas. At the same time, use twisting motions and hold them until the pain subsides.

Remove the BALL 08 from its holder. Roll it over the sole of your foot in circular motions. Hold it on painful spots until the pain subsides.

Stand on your SMOOVE BOARD with your feet hip-width apart. The grooved surface of the board stimulates the soles of your feet. The soft material relieves pressure on your joints. It encourages small movements, making your stance more active.

Stand at the back of your SMOOVE BOARD. Rock the SMOOVE BOARD by shifting your weight.
