The DUOBALL 08 is the ideal complement to the BLACKROLL® self-massage foam roller. Particularly suitable for massaging muscle bundles on both sides, e.g. in the area of the spine or cervical spine. Various sizes for different applications: DUOBALL is available in two different sizes - 8 cm and 12 cm. The two products complement each other in their application.
With the 8 cm DUOBALL you can massage selectively, with the 12 cm DUOBALL you can massage a larger area and thus target your bilateral muscle bundles.
