Red Bull X-Alps is considered the toughest paragliding competition in the world. Participants from all over the world come to Austria every year to put their bodies and minds to the test. Starting in Salzburg, they set off across the Alps on foot and paraglider only, tackling more than 1000 km of treacherous alpine terrain. The race, which ends in Zell am See, demands a maximum of physical strength. Recovery must not be neglected! But recovery is not only important for the Red Bull athletes, but for all of us. It doesn't matter whether you are an amateur athlete, exercise on one side in everyday life or simply want to do something good for yourself: With the BLACKROLL® RECOVERY BOX, you have all the tools you need to loosen your muscles and promote recovery. The set also includes the LOOP BAND training band, which you can use to train small muscle chains in particular.
As the official recovery partner of the Red Bull X-Alps 2021, we have packed various tools for full-body fascia massage into the RECOVERY BOX. With the fascia tools TWIN, MINI, MICRO and BALL 08 you can loosen your muscles and work your fascia tissue during a self-massage. The products and their features at a glance:
And don't forget: Training with the LOOP BAND! In addition to the fascia tools, the RECOVERY BOX also contains the LOOP BAND training band. It is particularly suitable for training small muscle groups. By strengthening the muscles in a targeted way, you can reduce your risk of injury and improve your body statics. At the same time, you can use the fitness band to strengthen muscles that are not used at all or only to a limited extent in other sports. The handy fitness band has a length of 32 centimetres and can be used flexibly for many different exercises. The red fitness band has a moderate resistance. It is made of a textile material and thus ensures a high level of training comfort without unpleasant pulling on the skin. The fitness band is suitable for allergy sufferers and washable at 60°C.
