How do I return my goods?

Please note that the return option is only intended for our private customers. Business customers please contact support@blackroll.com.

Enter your order number, address data and returned products. 2.

2. tick the relevant key number (1-7) as the reason for return (your return slip is enclosed with your order or you can download it here).

3. put the completed return form in the parcel!

Create a free returns label and stick it on the box. 5.

5. hand in the parcel at the nearest collection point of one of our shipping partners.

Important: The return can only be processed if the return slip is completed in full.

Please note that we cannot accept returns at our headquarters in Switzerland. Please use our free returns label for returns.
