Please note that the returns option is only available to our private customers.

1. fill out your returns form here and receive a free returns label. You can save and print out the completed form. You will also receive it as a pdf in an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.

2. as soon as you have saved your completed form, you will receive an e-mail from us. In it you will find a link that you can use to create and print out your returns label.

3. place the printed form in your parcel and stick the returns label on the parcel.

4. hand in the parcel at the nearest collection point of one of our shipping partners.

5. after we have received your return, we will first check which items you have sent back. We will then confirm receipt of your return by email. It can therefore take up to 14 working days before you receive a confirmation with all the details of your refund.

Important: The return can only be processed if the return form has been completed in full.
