45 cm

45 cm

Our longest fascia roller is 45cm in length. Thanks to the wider contact surface it is well suited for heavier people. The extended length also makes it easier to roll both legs simultaneously. The longer rollers are also suitable for Pilates and Yoga exercises.

Which surfaces are there?

Smooth

Smooth

The smooth roller is our classic all-rounder. The surface is equally suitable for muscle activation and recovery - depending on the rolling speed. Slow rolling supports recovery whereas faster rolling helps your muscles to activate. A smooth surface is beneficial for targeted tension release and treatment of pain points.

Sawblade

Sawblade

Can improve fluid circulation due to structured surface. Depending on the rolling direction, it can have an activating or regenerating effect within your muscles and tissues: During rolling against the ridges, the teeth slightly dig into your muscles which causes your tissue, nerves and muscles to activate (recommended before training). During rolling in direction with the ridges, you create a smooth rolling surface, which causes a regenerative massage effect (recommended to relax & re-hydrate your muscles after training).

Grooved

Grooved

Thanks to the grooved surface, a slight natural vibration is generated during rolling. This creates a more intense massage reaching deeper into the tissue. The ridges are also designed to be digging into your muscles for a more intense activation and also to support fluid circulation. This makes them the ideal warm-up tool recommended to be used before training.

Which densities are available?

Soft

Soft

80%

The soft foam roller is suitable for people who are new to self-massage and also for people who are more sensitive to pain. The self-massage experience is gentler and less intense.

Medium

Medium

100%

Ideal medium of our degrees of hardness and an all-rounder. After regular use of the softer MED massage roller, many people switch to our standard roller because their pain sensitivity has adjusted over time.

Hard

Hard

150%

The roller for athletes and professionals: we recommend the especially hard fascia rollers for experienced users who practice self-massage regularly.
