Rocking
Stand upright on the back edge of your SMOOVE BOARD. Shift your weight so that your toes and heels lift off the floor alternately.
Activate the soles of your feet.

Foot massage
Stand upright and remove the MINI from the SMOOVE BOARD. Place the MINI under the sole of your foot. Roll it back and forth with even pressure. Also work the inner and outer edges of your feet.
