Office exercises for in between
The shoulder and neck area tends to get tense when we sit in front of the computer all day. With these three exercises, you can relieve and prevent tension.

Stretching the Side Neck Muscles
Tilt your head to the right, raise your right arm above your head, and place your hand on your temple. Bring your chin toward your chest and extend your left hand so that your palm faces away from your body, feeling the stretch in your neck.

External Rotation of the Shoulders
Place both hands in the MULTI BAND and raise your arms to waist height. Turn your palms upward. Tension the band and rotate your arms outward.
