Start in the supine position. Place the BLACKROLL under your neck. Slowly turn your head from right to left.

Start in an upright position in front of a wall. Place the BLACKROLL® at neck level. Hold it in place with your wrists. Build up pressure with your forearms. Let your shoulder blades slide forward. Push the BLACKROLL® upwards and maintain the pressure.
Start in an upright position in front of the wall. Place the BLACKROLL against the wall at a 120 degree angle to your upper body. Press your hand firmly on the BLACKROLL. Turn in the opposite direction.
