BLACKROLL® LOOP BANDS (30 cm) are especially good for training smaller muscle chains, leading to better body stability and reduced risk of injury. The natural rubber, sheathed in skin-friendly textiles, offers all the advantages of flexible piece of training equipment without the unpleasant pulling on the skin, so it increases the fun of exercise. The BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND SET contains 3 different bands with different stretchability and resistance: orange – light; green – medium; blue – strong. Start off at lower resistance until you have mastered the exercises. Only then, we suggest to move to higher resistance and/or more repetitions

Which band is right for me?
The LOOP BAND is available in 6 different colors. Each color represents a different intensity:
- yellow = extra light
- orange = light
- red = moderate
- green = medium
- blue = strong
- black = extra strong
For beginners and those who are less fit, we recommend a lighter band (yellow to red). If you’re an athlete or in good shape, you can opt for a stronger band (green to black).
The tension forces vary by band when the band is stretched to 100%: 2.6 kg (yellow), 2.9 kg (orange), 4.0 kg (red), 4.9 kg (green), 6.7 kg (blue), 7.2 kg (black). The higher the tensile force in kg, the greater the resistance of the band.

FAQs
They’re made in Germany on specialised weaving machines that let us fine-tune the resistance, and they’re crafted from a blend of recycled polyester and natural rubber threads woven into a continuous elastic band. A fully automatic sewing machine then forms a loop, ready for your training.
The polyester component in all our bands is made from recycled polyester sourced from plastic bottles and the rubber is a natural material. We've always manufactured our bands exclusively in Germany and our partner in the Swabian Alb has a long tradition and a wealth of expertise, which is incorporated into all our training bands.
