15 minute workout to tone your chest and triceps
Train your chest and your triceps for 15 minutes. Specific chest & triceps exercises await. You will perform the training in a ‘Super-Set’. This means: high intensity and short breaks for rapid training results.
When performing strength training for the chest and triceps the following rule applies: ensure that you perform the exercises correctly, with the correct technique. This way, you can train safely and efficiently, and improve your posture. Tip: Hold the end position for 1-2 seconds, without tensing up, and then continue with the exercise. This will produce the desired changes.
The workout consists of 18 chest & triceps exercises and lasts for 15 minutes.
Perform the chest & triceps exercises 2-3 times per week.
