30-min full body workout for at home
In this functional full-body workout, a diverse selection of demanding exercises awaits. You can build it up gradually – as such, the full-body workout is also suitable for beginners. Before we get started with the full-body fitness exercises, we will first start with some back-and-forth, dynamic movements that will get you warmed up.
In your full-body workout, you will then practise a combination of different forms of training: anti-rotation training vs. rotation training, strength endurance, isometric holds, animal movements, and many more. You will train using functional movement patterns and will work holistically on your physical structures. We will round off your full-body workout with a cool-down.
Intentionally activate the correct muscle groups in each full-body fitness exercise, as this will ensure stability along your entire kinetic chain. Ensure a full range of motion. Adjust your speed – doing the exercises correctly will see you progress.
Your full-body workout lasts 30 minutes.
Do your full-body workout 2-3 times per week at home, regardless of your training objective and scope of training.
