Your calf consists of two parallel muscle groups which can be easily targeted using the foam roller but even more intensively with the DUOBALL. Also, the speed determines the effect it has: slowly rolling the foam roller relaxes the calves while fast rolling activates them.
Angle one leg while sitting. Place the calf of the stretched leg on the DUOBALL. Lift your buttocks off the floor and slowly roll out the calf.
